Coldwell Banker Mendham Mother/Daughter Team Balance Success

MENDHAM, N.J. – March 2004 – For almost four years, Drusilla "Dee" McNair and Evelyn McNair, mother/daughter sales associates in the Mendham office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, have been business partners. Their synergy and individual talents have served as the perfect complements for their success.

According to Evelyn, she and her mother have the perfect working relationship, and she credits their success to their combined strengths and expertise. "My mom and I have a great relationship," said Evelyn. "We have a nice balance. My mom is very detail-oriented and concentrates her efforts on internal marketing. She prepares and presents clients with thorough analyses of properties as well as entire marketing plans on selling homes. I spend time on the external marketing – sending out brochures, placing ads and issuing our quarterly newsletter."
